Staying at Caesars Palace on our group reservation? Awesome! We can’t wait to have you.
By now you should have received a text message containing your confirmation number; this is for your reference only, and will likely only be needed if you choose to use the self-service check-in kiosks. If you need to access it later, you can do so at any time by texting “confirmation number” to the text bot at (845) 402-2022.
Checking In
You can check into your room the standard way—either using one of the self-service check-in kiosks, or at the front desk in the Caesars Palace main lobby. Check-in time at Caesars Palace is 4 PM.
Your room rate, resort fees, and tax have already been paid. Please note that a credit or debit card will still be required at check-in, and a hold for incidentals in the amount of $200 per night (last we checked) will be placed on your card. If you’re using a debit card, it will appear as though this money has been removed from your account, and will be refunded after check-out. (For this reason, we recommend using a credit card if at all possible.)
Any charges beyond the room rate, resort fees, and taxes incurred during your stay (e.g., room service, mini bar, meals charged to your room, spa reservations) will be charged to the card on file at check-out.
Checking Out
Check-out time at Caesars Palace is 11 AM, though you may be able to request a late check-out for a fee (if you want to do this, do it at check-in for the best chances of being able to secure one).
If you’re attending brunch at Yardbird on Sunday and don’t want to drag your bags with you, leave a little early and stop by the Bell Desk on your way out—they will happily hold your bags for you. There is no fee for this service, but tipping is expected. Please note that the line at the Bell Desk can get quite long around check-out time, so plan ahead!
Changes & Cancellation
If your plans change and you can no longer attend our wedding (or make use of your room), you can cancel your reservation up to 72 hours in advance of check-in for no fee. Please let us know if you would like to do this and we’ll process it for you, so we can keep all of the reservation modifications together!
